Front porch with mahogany decking. There is circular bench around the column. Ceiling is Azek tongue and groove, edge and center bead soffit. Girders are wrapped in Azek.

Outside deck with Atlantis cabinets and copper hood. Deck is made with tongue and groove mahogany decking.
Exterior of the house with Maibec cedar siding. All the exterior trim is Azek. Half column and 3/4 column are applied to the house outside the bathroom windows.

Powder room with pedestal sink on lucite legs. Bottom half of the wall is marble tile, top half is wallpaper. The floor is a custom marble and onyx tile. There is a wall mount mirror above the sink.
