Powder room with furniture style vanity. The floor is 12 x 12 marble with a strip of onyx in between each tile. The walls a 4″ base of green onyx, 4 x 4 marble tile on a 45 degree angel, mosaic border, and a chair rail.
Master bathroom with mosaic tiled floor. The drop in hot tub has a marble slap top and a tiled skirt. The polished brass faucets are deck mounted.

Front door with wrought iron grills. Stucco mouldings surround the front door. The front porch is made from pavers and the steps are bullnose pavers.
House has stone veneer and stucco. All the windows are Anderson. Two tall columns hold up the front overhang. There are two balconies off the front of the house with aluminum railings. Paver driveway.
Main stairs and foyer. Front door has wrought iron grills.
Foyer with polsihed marble floor with clipped corners and inserts. Main stair case has a wrought iron railing and red oak handrail. Treads are red oak, risers are poplar.
Dining room with polished marble floors. Two knee walls with columns and an archway separate the dining room from the living room.
Girls’ bathroom with glass mosaic tile insert with a chair rail moulding going around it. There are two corner soap shelves. The 3/8″ frameless shower door is sitting on a knee wall.
Boy’s bathroom with marble tile and mosaic borders. Drop in tub has a tiled skirt and a semi-frameless glass sliding door.
