Living room with fireplace centered between two arched windows. Floor is install in a herringbone pattern and has a inlaid border.
Kitchen with CWP cabinets. There is a custom hood above the range and a valance above the kitchen sink. The island is bar height with pendant lights above.
Girl’s bathroom with thermafoil vanity and Corian countertop. Two linen towers with a light valance between them. There is a make up area in the middle. Floor and walls have porcelain tile.
Front of house with paver walkway. House has Vetter casement windows with prarie style grills. covered front porch has masonry balusters by Melton Classic. Exterior of the house has brick and stucco with stucco mouldings around the window.
Front entrance to the house. Brick steps with bullnose paver treads. Front door is mahogany. The railing system and columns are Melton Classic.
Foyer with stained handrail and stained spindle. Floor is granite with mosiac inserts. Common arched French pocket doors with prairie style grills lead to the living room.
Den homework are for the kids. Built-in desks with shelves and cabinets above. The countertop is Corain. The backspalsh is a combination of cork board and magnetic board.
Dining room with coffered ceiling and custom hardwood flooring.
Den with built-in entertainment unit. There is and applied moulding on the ceiling.
Butler’s pantry with CWP cabinets. There is a wine rack above the sink. The backsplash is tiled with glass tile and mosiac inserts.
Breakfast area with arched opening leading to kitchen. Above the table is and octagon soffit with panel moulding and wall paper on the face. The floor is a vinyl Mannigton floor. The table was custom made to match the cabinets and has a granite top.
Boy’s bathroom with thermail foil raised panel vanity and Corian countertop. The vanity has a linen tower on the right. The tub has a frosted glass semi-frameless sliding door. The wall are fully tiled and the floor as clipped corner insterts.
