Front door made from walnut wood. The hardwood flooring is also walnut wood. There are sidelights and a transom window above the front door.

Front of house. House has Cedar Impression siding with vinyl shutters. The windows are Anderson 400 series double hung windows. Front wrap around porch is made with Ipe wood.
Dining room with walnut flooring and applied panel mouldings on the wall. There are round fiberglass columns with Tuscan cap and base on each side of the cased opening.

Boy’s bathroom with limestone linear tile and porcelain tile floor.
Guest bathroom with checkerboard pattern porcelain floor tile.
Boy’s bathroom with custom double vanity. Walls have limestone linear tile and the floor is a porcelain tile that looks like fabric.
Girl’s bathroom with yellow glass pillow tile on the shower walls. Floor is mosaic tile.
Girl’s bathroom with white subway tile on walls and glass pebble tile in shower. Floor is a glazed porcelain tile.
